Read the official app’s BLA excitation from an installed copy of Stomp Manager: a file (macOS
imagelib.framework/imagelib) or a directory searched recursively (the .app bundle on macOS,
the install folder on Windows). Nothing is executed; the table is located by a fingerprint.
With it, convert_with reproduces the official app’s conversion (≤ 0.03 dB). Without it, the
result differs by the measurement noise of the app’s method (see convert): no other
excitation, including one with the same spectrum, gets closer.
