Variants

Connect(String)

Connect to a MIDI input port by name (and the matching output).

Disconnect

Resync

Read everything again (sends Update::Reset first).

SetSync(bool)

Whether the engine may send anything (sync reads and edits). Off = pure listening.

Send(Vec<u8>)

Send a live message (CC/PC) right away.

Write(Vec<Vec<u8>>)

Queue messages to send in order; SysEx writes wait for the pedal’s ack.

Replay

Play a capture log (docs/07) back instead of a pedal, at speed× its original timing.
