Changed
Section titled “Changed”- The code is reorganised into smaller modules, with no change in behaviour: the engine’s session, processing, project model and the largest effects, the app’s commands, and on the frontend the stylesheet, Piano Roll, Tracks area, Audio Track Editor, Settings, automation and the Compressor panel. Renders are bit-identical to alpha.4’s, and the CPU cost is the same.
- Every module says what it’s for, and DEVELOPING has a map of where things live and recipes for adding an instrument and a panel.
- CI checks formatting and runs clippy with warnings as errors, on a pinned toolchain.
- A project with a sampler saved on Windows now finds its samples on Linux and macOS: sample paths are kept with forward slashes.
- The User Guide lists Linear Phase EQ among the built-in effects.
